Independent AmazonIQ GPT

The AmazonIQ GPT supports natural-language investigations through authorized AmazonIQ actions. The GPT retrieves relevant authorized sources directly; it does not depend on the Dashboard being open or pass data through the Dashboard.

What-If Lab

What-If scenarios model possible inventory, fee, and contribution outcomes using explicit seller assumptions. They are hypothetical by design and remain separate from actual Amazon results. A scenario can support planning, but it is not a forecast, guarantee, or automatic marketplace decision.

Orders, ASINs, SKUs, and listings

When Amazon returns the relevant fields, order-item investigations may include ASIN, seller SKU, product title, quantity, item price, tax components, status, and FBA or MFN fulfillment. Listing discovery can surface buyable or non-buyable status, errors, warnings, missing attributes, and selected catalog or pricing context.

Coverage is not universal. Fields and listing results vary with the seller account, marketplace, region, approved roles, request period, and Amazon response. Restricted buyer PII is intentionally excluded.

AmazonIQ can organize returned financial transactions, fees, refunds, reimbursements, adjustments, withheld amounts, and Amazon net proceeds. Recent finance events may lag, and settlement reports follow Amazon's preparation schedule.

Amazon net proceeds are not net profit. They do not include every product cost, advertising expense, tax obligation, or outside operating expense.

FBA inventory, movements, aged stock, and storage

Eligible workspaces may expose direct fulfillable, reserved, inbound, unsellable, researching, and future-supply inventory. Report-backed analysis can add receipts, shipments, removals, adjustments, losses, findings, damage, fulfillment-center transfers, age buckets, excess units, and storage exposure.

Some reports are asynchronous, marketplace-limited, rate-limited, or unavailable. AmazonIQ keeps direct data usable while a report is pending and labels estimates as estimates.

Product 360, Seller Briefing, Risk Radar, Opportunity Radar, and Sales Blockers

These views organize evidence around the seller questions that deserve attention. Product 360 can bring product-specific signals together. Seller Briefing summarizes the current workspace. Risk Radar and Sales Blockers surface returned operational friction, while Opportunity Radar points to evidence worth investigating. They do not automatically fix the account or promise a business outcome.

Regional seller workspaces

AmazonIQ supports regional connections across North America; Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India; and Asia-Pacific. A seller authorizes a regional Seller Central account, and AmazonIQ displays only the marketplaces Amazon confirms for that account.

Regional support does not mean every seller receives every marketplace or dataset. The active workspace retains its connection, region, marketplace, source currency, and eligibility boundaries.

Profitability estimates with uploaded cost files

In the GPT, a seller can upload an Excel or CSV file containing SKU or ASIN mappings and costs such as unit cost, freight, duty, prep, packaging, or other per-unit costs. Those seller-provided inputs can be analyzed with returned Amazon sales, fee, refund, and proceeds data to estimate product contribution.

The result depends on the accuracy and completeness of the uploaded file. It is an estimate, not guaranteed profitability or a complete accounting result.

Why read-only access matters

AmazonIQ can investigate evidence without permission to change prices, edit listings, change inventory, alter orders, issue refunds, create shipments, change fulfillment, message buyers, or request feedback. Every marketplace action remains with the seller. The product also does not display restricted buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, or payment details.
