Manual Launch Phase

CheckLink paid services are manual during launch. Payment links, if configured, are public external links and do not approve listings automatically.

Rejected Listings

If a paid listing is rejected before publication, the submitter may request a refund. CheckLink may ask for context needed to match the payment to the request.

Featured Placement

Featured placement runs for 30 days after manual publication. Featured placement is visibility only and does not mean the listing is safer or more trusted.

Reports and Manual Reviews

Manual reports and review work may be non-refundable once review work begins, because the service is based on human time and context review.

Trust Packs

Trust Packs are manual services. Refund questions depend on whether review, planning, reporting, or publication work has already begun.

External Provider Fees

Payment provider rules, card processing fees, timing, and reversals may depend on the external payment provider used for the manual payment link.
