Intelligence without account control
AmazonIQ uses seller-authorized Amazon SP-API access in read-only mode. It can explain returned evidence and suggest an investigation, but it cannot:
- Change prices
- Edit listings
- Change inventory
- Alter orders or issue refunds
- Create shipments or change fulfillment
- Message buyers or request feedback
- Display restricted buyer PII
Availability depends on the seller account, verified marketplace, region, approved roles, program eligibility, request period, reports, and what Amazon returns. AmazonIQ displays only the marketplaces Amazon confirms for the connected seller account. Report-backed data may be pending or unavailable. Amazon Ads and PPC are not currently connected and require a separate future authorization.
